Phi Gamma Nu
Since joining Phi Gamma Nu in the Spring of 2023, I've been actively involved in many of the chapter's professional events and social activities. My year on the executive board as the VP of External Affairs allowed me to strengthen my leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, while simultaneously focusing on the organization's growth at JMU.
I spent three weeks traveling through Greece and Turkey with 29 fellow JMU students, where I completed courses in Consumer Behavior and Services Marketing. Having the opportunity to engage and experience these global industries firsthand really brought our course concepts to life, emphasizing the cultural impact on marketing efforts.
As a Compliance Intern with James Madison University Athletics, I’ve been able to combine my passion for sports with hands-on experience learning how college athletics operates behind the scenes. Through this role, I've become more familiar with NCAA rules, eligibility, and recruiting while working closely with athletics staff.
