Dance has been a passion of mine my entire life. From the age of 3, my parents enrolled me in lessons at a local dance studio, where I ended up taking classes for 15 years. I began dancing competitively in middle school, which only grew my love for performing.  I attended the Academy for Performing Arts in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, where I was able to take dance classes as part of my everyday high school curriculum. Although I chose not to pursue a career in dance, I continued to study it in college by declaring a minor in dance. I would not be who I am today without the lessons, relationships, and experiences dance has provided me throughout my life.
